Do you grant donation requests?

As you can imagine, we get numerous donation requests every week. We're happy to consider your organization or event, but understand that we can't always contribute.  If you don't hear back from us for your particular event, just keep us in mind for next year.

How can I contact MANAGEMENT?

Call us, message us on Facebook, submit a contact request here, or stop in and say hello. We do not have a public email address.

What do I need to bring?

Socks.

CAN I SEE YOUR MENU?

Due to recent difficulties with availability of various items, we do not have an up-to-date menu to share online. You can, however, expect many of the items you’re used to finding at entertainment venues (pizza, chicken strips, burgers, fries, etc.), at reasonable prices.

Do you offer memberships?

We do! Cost is $90/child for a one year pass (365 days from date of purchase), which covers admission for one child+one accompanying adult.

Do I have to stay or can I drop my kids off?

All kids must be supervised by a responsible adult. One adult per five kids.

Do i need to make reservations or purchase tickets in advance to play?

No, not unless you want a private party room.

How much is admission?

There is a flat $6/person entrance fee for all ages 1 and up. See our General Information page for more.

Do adults have to pay?

There is a flat $6/person entrance fee for all ages 1 and up. See our General Information page for more.

Can we leave and come back?

$6/person means you can stay as long as you’d like, but if you need to leave for any reason, you'll have to pay again if you reenter.

Can Adults/Teens come in on their own?

As a facility geared primarily for young children (think elementary school and younger), adults/teens are generally not permitted to enter on their own unless here for a birthday party with other family or friends. Kids must accompany adults and adults must accompany kids.
